This policy explains what data Tout À Un Clic Là Pro collects, why, and what your rights are under Quebec's Law 25.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal information is Tout À Un Clic Là, based in Montreal, Quebec. For any privacy question, write to us at privacy@toutaunclicla.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. Public professional profile: title, company, city, spoken languages, social networks and the photo you choose to display. Usage data: profile views, clicks and scans, with a truncated IP address and user agent, for statistics.
3. Purpose of processing
We use this data to create and display your card and public profile, manage your account and subscription, provide you with statistics, keep the service secure and meet our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use a language cookie (preferred-language) to display the right language, a local storage value (pro_consent) to remember your consent choice, and session and payment cookies provided by Stripe. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
5. Data sharing
We rely on trusted processors: Supabase (data hosting) and Stripe (payments). We never sell your personal information and never share it for advertising purposes.
6. Your rights under Law 25
You have the right to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, request its deletion and obtain the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at privacy@toutaunclicla.com; we respond within the timeframes required by law.
7. Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. After the account is closed, we delete or anonymize it, except where the law requires longer retention.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If there is a material change, we will let you know. The effective date above indicates the most recent version.
